The amount of the outstanding bills for utility services in Ukraine made up 13 billion hryvnias, Natalia Khotsianivska, Chief of Office of Economy of Utility Systems at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utility Services said in her briefing, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports.
“Today, the utility debt for utility services totals 13 billion hryvnias”, - said Khotsianivska.
She underscores that the amount stated has been accumulated over decades, not only for recent years.
