The National Bank of Ukraine in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on National Bank of Ukraine has developed the draft resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on approval of the rules of organization of protection of facilities of non-bank financial institutions of Ukraine, which perform separate banking transaction, the NBU press-service reports.
The draft resolution is developed to ensure health and life protection of employees, safety conditions of cash funds and other valuables by non-bank financial institutions of Ukraine.
According to the draft resolution the non-bank financial institutions should take measures till 31 December 2016 on staged quarterly bringing technical condition and organization of protection of premises into compliance with the Rules.
The main results of implementation of the regulatory act on the issues of organization of protection of premises of non-bank financial institutions in Ukraine:
- Application of certified structures;
Application of banking equipment for protection of NFI premises, namely technical condition and organization of protection of NFI premises.
