The deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine have endorsed in the second reading the draft law №1280 “On Introduction of Amendments to the Article 50 of the Law of Ukraine “On Land Management “regarding the Simplification of the Procedure for Preparation of Land Management Plans for Allocation of Land Plot”. 319 people’s deputies have voted for the corresponding decision, RBC-Ukraine reports.
Thus, the law stipulates to include into land management plans for allocation of land lots the copies of title establishing documents for immovable properties for construction facilities of the III-V category of difficulty, located at the land plot.
According to authors of the draft act, this should eliminate the obstacles in execution of right establishing documents for the land plot for individuals, having unregistered items of immovable property on the corresponding land plot.
It is reported that the law will come into force on the day following the day of its publishing.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been assigned to bring regulatory and legal acts into compliance with the law within one month from the date of coming into force of this document.
