The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the creation of public registers on the refund of value added tax, Economic Truth reports.
As the press-service of the Ministry of Finance notes, at its meeting on February 11, the government adopted the resolution, developed by the Ministry of Finance and ensuring conditions for creation of public registers on VAT refund.
“This resolution approves the procedure of keeping and form of registers of applications on the refund of the amount of budgetary reimbursement”, - the message says.
In particular, the procedure stipulates:
- the list of data, from which such registers will be formed;
- automatic entry of application into the relevant register, which will be maintained within the transaction day in chronological order of receipt of such applications;
- the publication of such registers on the official site of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine;
- the refund of approved amounts of the budgetary refund in chronological order, in accordance with order of entry of applications into each relevant register.
It should be reminded that on December 24, 2015, the Verkhovna Rada approved amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine.
