As per regulations, until the end of the current session, parliamentarians cannot return to this question.

Two draft resolutions on repeat voting for the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers have been registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The relevant information is posted on the parliament’s site.

One of the drafts (on cancellation of voting results of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dd. February 16, 2016 for the draft resolution “On Responsibility of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” (regarding adoption of the resolution on impeachment of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) and revoting) was registered by deputies from faction “Samopomich” Olena Sotnyk and deputy from “Batkyshchyna” Ihor Lutsenko.

The other draft resolution on cancellation of voting results of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated February 16, 2016, based on the draft resolution on the responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (regarding the adoption of the resolution of impeachment of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) and consideration of the draft in accordance with the procedure, stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” was sponsored by Oleh Musii, Dmitrii Dobrodomov, Bohdan Matkovskii and Andrew Antonyshchak.

It should be reminded that on February 16 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not endorse the draft resolution №4080 “On Responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers” (regarding the adoption of resolution on impeachment of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine)”.

It should be emphasized that as per regulations of the Verkhovna Rada, until the end of this session parliamentarians cannot return to consideration of this question on the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers, thus the government obtained immunity until September 2016.
