President stated that he intends to make it impossible to use offshores in Ukraine.
President Petro Poroshenko stated that he will prepare reforms, which will make it impossible to use offshores in Ukraine, he said while delivering speech in the National Press Club of Japan, RIA News reports.
“I plan reforms which will make it absolutely impossible to use offshore in Ukraine”, he said.
In the meantime President stated that his activities, related to offshores, were absolutely transparent and illegal.
“We transformed my assets, and they (Rothschild bank) agreed to manage my assets by blind agreement in order to separate them from my activities during the presidency period”, - Ukrainian president explained that “he did it not for minimization of taxes, but in order to make it a transparent activity”.
