“Naftogaz’s management will be formed until the end of this week”, the message says.
On January 19, 2016, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade announced about the start of searching process of candidates for positions of independent members of the supervisory board of this energy holding.
On March 25, 2016, the Nomination Committee at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade selected three foreigners to the composition of the supervisory board of the largest energy holding “Naftogaz of Ukraine”. In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers delegated Deputy Minister of Economic Development Julia Kovaliv to the NSJC Supervisory Board. The President has not still given his candidate to the Supervisory Board.
