SE “Antonov” becomes the main participant of corporation, Hubs reports.

The state concern “Ukroboronprom” has created in its structure the aircraft manufacturing cluster – Ukrainian aircraft corporation, the main participant of which will become SE “Antonov”, - the press-office of state concern reports.

As it is noted at the enterprise, except for “Antonov” the composition of corporation also included PJSC ”UKRNIIAT”, SE “Novator”, SE “Kharkiv Machine Engineering Plant “FED”, SE “Kharkiv Aggregate Design Bureau” and PJSC “Mayak”.

“These are first enterprises of aircraft engineering cluster, in future it will be significantly expanded – this is the open system for enterprises of any form of ownership”, as it is emphasized in the message of concern.

“Ukroboronprom” also notes that the state concern is guided by the experience of international aircraft engineering companies – Boeing and Airbus, which work “as per such structure”.

The representatives of enterprise explain that the main advantage of the cluster is the fact that by uniting SE receives general planning of serial production, united center of procurement of materials and components, united marketing of products and sales.

“We will receive positive economic effect through uniting production capacities of enterprises-participants of the corporation and reduction of levels of management and duplicate services”, - General Director of “Ukroboronproma” Roman Romanov said.

According to him, in future the state concern will carry out clusterization of all its enterprises.

As it was reported, in March the USA lifted restrictions on cooperation with “Ukroboronprom”.

It should be reminded that as per results of 2015 the total net profit of enterprises-participants of the state concern “Ukroboronprom” made up UAH 1.626 bln, while as per results of 2014 the aggregate net loss made up UAH 348 mln.
