On Tuesday, June 14, Prime-Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman started his visit to the USA, having a meeting with leaders of organizations of the Ukrainian community of the USA.
“You are doing a great job for Ukraine. Your active international position, which attracts attention to Ukraine, your voluntary efforts, support of our soldiers, support of different programs – we are feeling it. This is very important in such difficult time”, Volodymyr Hroisman said.
Chairman of Government thanked the representatives of Ukrainian community in the USA for their efforts and support of Ukraine.
The Prime-Minister informed about priorities of the work of government, in particular, on ensuring macroeconomic stability and creation of favorable business climate. Volodymyr Hroisman told about the steps, approved by the Government, among which: setting a single market price for gas, decentralization, the beginning of reforming the state service, preparation for implementation of electronic declaration of state employees as well as public privatization of state enterprises. In addition, the Government works on the creation of Investment Support Agency at Prime-Minister of Ukraine, he said.
The participants of the meeting also discussed the issues of situation on Donbass, implementation of reforms in the country and fighting with corruption.
