The Prime-Minister also explained how the price of gas, extracted in Ukraine, is formed, Correspondent.net reports.
Prime-Minister Volodymyr Hroisman explained in this interview what components the gas price is formed of.
“When it refers to 6879, this price is formed as follows: German hub, gas auctions, the price is chosen plus transit, plus distribution over Ukraine, the price with taxes appears. And it makes up UAH 6,879, this is 100% of the cost”, Hroisman told.
The Prime Minister also informed how the price of gas, extracted in Ukraine is formed.
“The Ukrainian gas costs 4,849 UAH, VAT excluded. And this means, that 50% from the price is the government annuity. This is the payment, which is paid by those, who extract gas. This means that there is also a market price for it. But what is counted in the budget, is also sent for state needs”, the Prime Minister added.
