Minister of Finance Alexander Danyliuk, Deputy Minister - Secretary General Evhenii Kapinus and the representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers had a joint meeting, the Governmental portal reports.
The parties discussed cooperation on improvement of business processes in the Ministry of Finance. This project will be fully financed by international donors and does not require spending budgetary funds.
What does the reform of the Ministry stipulate?
This is, first of all, laying the foundation for effective operation of the Ministry, which will be based on the following key elements:
- optimization of internal processes;
- improvement of internal communication;
- implementation of project-based approach;
- raising responsibility of workers;
- implementation of technological changes;
The parties agreed that the first steps in this direction will be taken this week.
“The regulation of operation of the Ministry will significantly raise the level and quality of the work. We want that the Ministry of Finance, as the driver of reforms, continues to change internally in order to become the example for other departments”, - Minister of Finance Alexander Danyliuk noted.
