Chairman of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine participates in the activities of the higher authority of Customs Cooperation Council (CCC) – 127-128 sessions of the Customs Cooperation Council, which took place in Brussels (Kingdom of Belgium), the press-office of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine reports.

Now, during this event Roman Nasyrov met with the representatives of customs services of Hungary, Turkey, the director of customs and tax services of the State of Israel etc.

During the sessions the issues of “Digital Customs” – electronification of customs services, in particular, creation of automated system of customs registration, “point of single contact”, implementation of electronic information exchange, websites for transferring information, available to the public, and use of gadgets were considered among others.

SFS Chairman emphasized the Ukraine’s progress in this matter. In particular, he noted that the interdepartmental working group for launching “point of single contact” during the customs control and customs registration of commodities was created, the automated analysis and risk management system (AARMS) is operating, the work on establishing preliminary information exchange with the European Union is continuing.

“The implementation of EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and beginning of the free trade area also sets forth the exchange of preliminary information and annexation of Ukraine to the new computerized transit system (NCTS)”, Roman Nasyrov noted.

“SFS takes measures for automation of informational customs technologies and implementation of electronic declaration system. In addition, the preparations are made for implementation of integrated control system, based on interdepartmental interaction on checkpoints on the State Border and the works are conducted on creation of the unified interdepartmental automated system of collection, storage and processing information, necessary for carrying out supervision over external trade activities,” - Head of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine reported.

He emphasized that the implementation of a new scheme of interaction of state controlling bodies and enterprises will create favorable conditions for business development, increase commodities turnover through the customs border of Ukraine and improve the dynamics of receipt of payments to the State Budget.
