The State Specialized Communications Service states that it is impossible to certify the e-declaration due to outstanding defects in its development.
The State Service of Specialized Communications and Information Protection considers it impossible to certify the complex information protection system of the e-declaration register due to outstanding defects in its development.
“The State Specialized Communications Service informs about the impossibility to restore the expert examination of CIPS (complex information protection system) register and states the absence of any confirmation from Miranda LLC on elimination of the found defects”, according to the message.
The service emphasizes that the issue of the certificate of compliance of CIPS register is only possible subject to compliance of this information-telecommunication system with Ukrainian legislative requirements and after elimination of the found defects and violations.
The State Specialized Communications Service views the situation, involving the results of the state expert examination of CIPS register and its artificial escalation, as “the attempt of certain individuals and interested parties to escape personal responsibility for the launch of e-declaration system of Ukraine with limited functions and with violation of the requirements of data protection law.”
