The teachers’ salary will be increased by one third.
The state revenues of about UAH 706 bln are planned, expenditures – UAH 775 bln.
The wording of the draft state budget for the next year has been published on the Verkhovna Rada’s site.
The relevant draft law №5000 was registered in the Rada on September 15, but its wording appeared on Monday, on September 19.
The budgetary revenues in 2017 should amount to UAH 706.3 bln (including the revenues of the general fund – UAH 654.0 bln, and the revenues of the special fund – UAH 52.3 bln).
The expenditures of the state budget should amount to UAH 775.3 bln (including the expenditures of the general fund – UAH 720.0 bln and the expenditures of the special fund – UAH 55.3 bln).
The maximum limit of the budget deficit has been set at UAH 77.5 bln (including the maximum limit of the deficit of the general fund – UAH 62.3 bln and the maximum limit of the deficit of the special fund – UAH 15.2 bln).
The maximum amount of the state debt as of December 31, 2014, was set at UAH 1.72 trln.
The minimum living wage for the employable persons in 2017 will be increased twice per year – May 1 to UAH 1684 and December 1 to UAH 1762. The minimum salary will be set at the level of the minimum living wage.
It should be reminded that the state budget revenues for 2016 were set at UAH 601.9 bln, expenditures – at UAH 674.5 bln
