During the reporting period, the Kyiv’s construction companies increased the volumes of works by 23.4% - up to UAH 906 mln, fulfilling 23.4% from the total volume of works in the country, Finance.ua. reports.

In January 2017, the construction companies of Ukraine increased the volumes of works by 35% versus the same period of the previous year – up to UAH 3.87 bln, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported.

In particular, according to the data of the State Statistics Service, during the reporting period, the volumes of construction works increased by 42.1% - up to UAH 2.15 bln, in particular, on the construction of residential buildings – by 57.4%, up to UAH 1.3 bln, on the construction of non-residential buildings – by 22.6%, up to UAH 851.6 mln.

The works on the construction of engineering structures increased by 27.1% - up to UAH 1.72 bln. The State Statistics Service notes that in January, the new construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipping works made up 83.7% of the total volume, while the capital and current repair works – 8% and 8.3% respectively.

According to the message, during the reporting period, the Kyiv’s construction companies increased the volumes of works by 23.4% - up to UAH 906 mln, fulfilling 23.4% of the total volume of works in the country. The message of the State Statistics Service notes that the specified data are reported, not taking into account the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea and Sevastopol as well as the part of anti-terrorist operation zone.

As reported, in 2016, the construction companies of Ukraine increased the volumes of works by 13.1% versus 2015 – up to UAH 70.9 bln. In 2015, the Ukrainian construction companies decreased their volumes of works by 14.9% versus 2014 – up to UAH 55.9 bln.
