The deputies applied to NABU for investigating the actions of Nasirov’s judge.
NABU initiated the criminal proceeding against the judge Liudmila Sheremetieva in response to the allegation of people’s deputies.
NABU initiated the criminal proceeding against Chairperson of the Solomensky Court Liudmila Sheremetieva, who kept aloof from her obligations in Roman Nasirov’s case and dissolved the court, blocking the selection of the measure of restraint, Ukrainian Truth reports.
Previously, the group of people’s deputies submitted the application on the violation of professional duties of Sheremetieva to NABU. In response to the application, the Bureau informed that the application was accepted and, as per the results of its consideration, the information on committing the crime, stipulated in par.1 of art.364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, was introduced to the Unified Register of Pretrial Decisions, and the criminal proceeding was initiated.
As previously reported, on March 6, the Solomensky District Court did not select the measure of restraint for Nasirov. He remained in the courthouse, while the activists stood awake the whole night, fearing that the Head of the Fiscal Service will escape.
It should be reminded that Nasirov is suspected of causing damage to the state for the amount of two billion hryvnias.
