Sberbank of Russia sold the leasing business in Ukraine – Sberbank Leasing Ukraine, according to the data of the Unified Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, EP reports.
On March 20, the change of company’s owners was registered in the registry.
The Cypriot company PSG FINANCE LTD and the citizens of Zolochev (Lviv region) Evgeni Venichuk became the new owners of the company.
According to the information from open sources, one of directors of PCG FINANCE is Katerina Fragkoudi as well as the director of Rosneft International Holdings Limited.
After the change of owners, Sberbank Leasing Ukraine changed its name to Financial Leasing Center.
As reported, on March 27, RF Sberbank announced about the sale of Sberbank subsidiary to the Consortium of Investors Grigori Guselnikov and Said Gutsuriev.
