The budget for 2017 provides for UAH 11,579 billion, seized from corrupt officials.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure of allocation of seized money and funds, obtained from the sale of property, returned to the state according to the court decision for committing corruption and related offences in 2017. The relevant decision was approved at the government session on Wednesday, April 19, Correspondent.net reports.
The state budget for 2017 provides for UAH 11.579 billion of receipts of funds, seized for corruption offences. The funds are provided in the receipts to the specialized fund for defense and security support of the country.
In addition, other non-tax revenues provide for 52.1 million hryvnias from the sale of property, seized according to the court decision (except for committing corruption and related offences).
It should be reminded that from the beginning of 2017, only UAH 5.1 ths, seized according to the court decision for corruption offences, were returned to the special fund of the state budget of Ukraine.
