The amount of dividends, withdrawn by the businesses to foreign investors in May, totaled USD 180 million, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Oleg Churii told journalists, UNIAN reports.
“The amount of dividends, withdrawn in May, totaled USD 180 million”, Churii said.
Meanwhile, he noted that such amount was forecast, taking into account that the regulator permitted the withdrawal of dividends for three years – including 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Churii also reported that such amount was risky for the currency market, and the monthly amount of withdrawal of dividends will soon be USD 100-120 mln.
