NSSMC defined peculiarities of accounting for CII equity
National Securities and Stock Market Commission at the scheduled meeting approved the Regulation on the peculiarities of accounting of collective investment institutions transactions, the press service of NSSMC informs.
"The decision was prepared in order to bring Commission's regulations in line with the legislation and to improve state regulation of the stock market. In particular, the Regulation is developed in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine", "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine" and "On Collective Investment Institutions", stated Olena Lohvynenko, acting Director of Department for Analysis, Strategy and Development of legislation at NSSMC.
The document determines the peculiarities of accounting for CIIs' equity capital, evaluating their assets and peculiarities of accounting for activities of the asset management company upon establishing a unit investment trust.
