18 buildings put into operation
State Mortgage Institution with partner banks financed the completion of 34 residential buildings for a total of about 900 million UAH, which will allow to complete construction and put into operation 600 thousand square meters of housing, or more than 10 thousand apartments in all regions of Ukraine, as stated by the SMI.
To date, 18 houses across the country have already been commissioned for a total area of 310 thousand square meters. Other objects, whose completion is supported by the SMI, are scheduled to be operational within 2013-2014. The SMI’s refinancing rate is 15.3% per annum.
