Nasalyk’s house and apartment were arrested on the application of Dyminsky.
Kyiv’s Pechersk District Court arrested the apartment and house of Minister of Energy and Coal Mining Igor Nasalyk on the application of the businessman and president of the football club “Karpaty” Petr Dyminsky, according to court materials, Correspondent.net reports quoting Ukrainian News.
As reported, Dyminsky filed lawsuit against Nasalyk for payment of debt under the loan agreement (the amount of debt in court’s decision was not specified).
According to mass media, in 2014, NAsalyk borrowed USD 3.3 mln.
Simultaneously, Dyminsky filed application for injunctive relief, in which he requested to arrest Nasalyk’s real estate, namely: apartment with a total area of 287.2 sq.m. in Kyiv, house with a total area of 561.4 sq.m and land plot (1,510 sq.m.) in Kozyn (Kyiv region).
The court partially satisfied Dyminsky’s petition and seized the apartment and house. The court decision will be valid until 26 July 2020.
