The court decided that more than 40 million hryvnias, lost as the result of existence of corruption scheme on the enterprise, will be returned to the accounts of Zaporizhobleenergo LLC, NABU’s press office reports.
It is noted that under implementation are some court decisions, which will allow returning other 90 mln hryvnias to state fuel and energy complex enterprises: 57 mln hryvnias – Cherkassyoblenergo OJSC, 30 mln hryvnias – Ukrgasvydobuvannia OJSC, 14 mln hryvnias – Energoatom SE.
Except for mentioned regional power distribution companies, NABU’s claims-related works are continuing on some other companies, in which NABU detectives exposed corruption schemes: the funds for supplied electrical energy are transferred not directly to the supplier, but through private mediator company.
In general, NABU initiated legal claims, which demand to invalidate the agreements of fuel and energy complex enterprises, amounting to almost 1 billion hryvnias.
