On November 23, the Ukrainian subsidiary of DufEnergy, the international energy trader, registered in Switzerland, will receive a license to supply natural gas in Ukraine, as it is stated in the NERC’s draft decision, ET reports quoting enkorr.
This license will allow the company to directly supply gas to end users in Ukraine.
DufEnergy Trading SA (Switzerland) and DufEnergy SA (Luxembourg) are the founders of DufEnergy Ukraine.
Zoya Golovina was appointed as the director of the representative office.
It should be reminded that in late April, the trader DufEnergy (Switzerland) established its subsidiary company DufEnergy Ukraine (Kiev) for trading natural gas and other energy resources.
The main licensed activity of DufEnergy Ukraine is the trade of natural gas. In addition, the Ukrainian subsidiary company produces and trades electricity, as well as metals, ores and industrial chemicals.
In November 2016, Swiss DufEnergy Trading SA signed contracts for transportation and storage of natural gas with GTS operator Ukrtransgaz.
