Kyiv Appellate Court seized two land plots and car of Minister of Energy and Coal Mining Igor Nasalyk upon the petition of Businessman and President of the Soccer Club “Karpaty” Petr Dyminsky, according to the court materials, Ukrainian News reports.
Previously, Dyminsky filed a claim to the court on collection of arrears under the loan agreement dated July 10, amounting to USD 1.2 mln, and 3% per annum, amounting to UAH 2.7 mln.
On October 2, the representative of Dyminsky filed another claim on the security of the claim, in which he asked to seize the land plots with area of 0.12 and 0.037 hectares in Kyiv region and car Mercedes-Benz S500L 4MATIC of 2015 year of manufacture.
On November 3, Pechersk District Court denied to satisfy these claims.
Consequently, Dyminsky filed the appeal to this decision.
The Appellate Court considered the assumption of the representative of the businessman as justified that Nasalyk can sell land plots and car, as it can make it difficult to pay the arrears in case of taking the positive decision for Dyminsky.
The court satisfied the complaint of Dyminsky and seized 2 land plots and car of Nasalyk.
The decision is not subject to any appeal.
