Since March 26, 2018, the Individuals Deposit Insurance Fund continues to pay compensations to the depositors of ‘Finance and Credit’ Bank, the press office of the Fund reports.
It is noted that the compensation to depositors will be paid through the branch banks of agent banks of the Fund: Ukrgasbank PJSC JSB, Alfa Bank OJSC, Pivdenny OJSC JSB, PUMB PJSC, PRAVEX BANK OJSC CB, TAScombank OJSC, Pivdenny PJSC JSB, Oshchadbank JSC and others.
“In order to obtain funds under the said agreements, the depositors need to apply to any of specified agent banks with the passport or other identity document”, according to the message.
Reportedly, the General Prosecutor’s Office investigates the unlawfulness of the financial deal of the executives of ‘Finance and Credit’ bank, which, by using the offshore company Nasterno Commercial Limited (the ultimate beneficiary owner is Alexander Demchenko, former assistant to the deputy Konstantin Zhevago), illegally withdrew bank assets, amounting to over USD 1 bln.
