Currently, the loss-making companies annually withdraw UAH 60 bln from Ukraine. Meanwhile, technically, it happens legally, Secretary of the National Reforms Board and Deputy Head of Presidential Administration Dmitri Shimkiv told about the course of the meeting with EBA, UNN correspondent reports.
As Shimkiv specified, 2018 will be dedicated to more economic reforms. One of them is the introduction of withdrawn capital tax, because Ukraine needs the instrument, which will stimulate investments in business infrastructure, economic development and GDP growth.
This year, there is more attention to economic initiatives. The withdrawn capital tax is the instrument for stimulating the development of Ukrainian economy.
“One more direction in this context will be the solution of the issue of relationships with SFS, which determines what expenditures are. Today, the Ukrainian business loses UAH 10 bln in the form of penalty, to the enterprises, which have zero tax rate”, Shimkiv noted.
