RF and Ukraine have a formal arrangement on resuming deliveries
Roshen Corporation will resume deliveries to Russia starting 1 December 2013, which was announced during a press conference by the head of the State Inspectorate for Consumer Protection Serhiy Orekhov, RBC-Ukraine reports.
«Yes, we held negotiations with Roshen. And for Roshen we have the same arrangements. I am sure that by 1 December, Roshen will begin delivering products to the Russian market. I say officially, there is an agreement. On the website of Rospotrebnadzor there is official information, they officially confirm it too. Incrementally and systematically we will be able to restore supplies before December 1. And regardless of political issues ... Let's move away from political issues», he said.
The official reminded that «today 25% of domestic producers of Ukraine do not deliver their products to Russia. So it is better to be careful with comments ... If the Minister Prysiazhniuk continues to provide incompetent comments, then this share of products will constitute 50% ... So far we have agreed on food products».
According to Orekhov, as regards dairy products, in early 2014 Ukrainian producers will also renew supplies to the Russian market: «Everyone who operated in this segment will resume deliveries in early 2014».
