According to the government forecast, the GDP growth will be 3.2% by the end of the year, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv said, UNN correspondent reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on approval of the Forecast of the Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for 2019-2021. According to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv, according to the forecast, by the end of 2018, the GDP growth is expected at 3.2%.
"We developed the economic growth of 2019-2021 in three scenarios: they are absolutely strategic and operational in nature. It is suggested putting the first and basic scenario in the scenario. According to the basic scenario, the GDP growth is projected at 3.2% in 2018, in 2019 - 3%, in 2020 - 3.8%, in 2021 - 4.1%", he said.
As UNN reported, according to preliminary data of the State Statistics Committee, the gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 3.1% in Q1, 2018, compared with Q1, 2017.
