Press Service of Minrevenue reminds on the new algorithm in the field "Payment purpose" in the field 3, which indicates one of the own requisites of taxpayer.
In the process of completing payment documents for the transfer of funds to pay budget fees, the new algorithm is set out in the "Payment purpose" in the field 3, which now indicates one of own requisites of a taxpayer who provides the transfer:
- Enterprise code of the taxpayer (must have 8 digits, if less than 8 digits, then left side is complemented with zeros up to 8 digits). In the case if a legal entity provides a separate payment for the unit the code is printed according to the separate division for which the payment is provided;
- Registration number of the taxpayer's registration card - individual (always has 10 digits) or series and number of passport of Ukraine (in case of failure of the taxpayer to obtain the registration number);
- Registration (accounting) VAT number that is assigned by Minrevenue (always has 9 digits).
It will be recalled that the order of the documents in the case of transfer payments (collecting) taxes, customs duties, single contribution, VAT refund, return or mistakenly overpaid funds is approved by the Ministry of revenue and duties of Ukraine from 10.22.2013, №609
