The decision is approved
National Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange announces the results of work on compliance of the activities of issuers with the Law «On Joint Stock Companies», particularly those companies that did not submit annual reports to the regulator over the past two years, and that have failed to comply their charter with internal regulations in line with the law and have not provided the dematerialization of securities, the press office of the regulator informs.
«The Commission has once again decided to eliminate violations and stop making changes to the system of Depositary Registration in respect of 35 issuers that are located on the territory of the Central Territorial Department, Donbass, Dnieper and South-Ukrainian territorial authorities of SSMNC. Let’s note that issuers respond to relevant decisions of the Commission and bring their activities into compliance with the legislation of Ukraine. Thus, we can state that this Commission's work brings results» - said Ievhen Nikolaev, Member of SSMNC, responsible for this activity of the Commission.
The list of issuers, who are under decision to stop making changes and amendments to the restoration of the depository account of the securities, will be available soon on the official website of the Commission.
