New forms of declarations are approved
Minrevenue approved a new form of declarations of fixed agricultural tax and land fee, the press service of the Ministry says.
Ministry of revenue and duties Ukraine approved:
- New forms of tax declarations of the fixed agricultural tax (Order from 30.12.2013 , № 864). Except for the stamp of approval, a new form of declaration is not different from the previous one, approved by the State Tax Administration from 24.12.2010 № 1016.
Let’s recall that according to Art. 306 of the TCU agricultural producers independently calculate the amount of tax each year on the 1st of January and submit the land fee return for the current year no later than 20 February of current year to the supervisory authority at the location of the taxpayer and the location of the land.
- New tax return form with payment for land (land fee and/or rent for land in state or municipal ownership) (Order from 12.30.2013, №865).
Orders are registered by the Ministry of Justice from 01.22.2014 and come into force from the date of publication. Currently they are not officially published.
