The National Tax Inspectorate of the Ministry of Revenue & Duties in Kyiv city reminds taxpayers that on July 7, 2014 an amendment made to par. 4, part II, article 6 of the Law of Ukraine On Collection and Accounting of Uniform Social Security Contributions is as follows: «In case of reports sent by post, they are regarded to be submitted on the day of receipt by the postal outlet».
Entering of alterations to the law has become possible after the Law of Ukraine setting out how to make changes to some enactments of Ukraine relating to simplification of the procedure for registration of individual entrepreneurship cessation made upon application came into force».
It is worth noting that unlike other reporting forms the social security reporting sent by post was not regarded to be submitted before this amendment.
To sum up, the report on social security contributions can be filed electronically without interrupting summer vacation plans. Taxpayers registered at the Holosiiv district in Kyiv city can appeal for a digital signature at the address: room 104, 23 Zhilianska St., Kyiv.
