Grounds for cancelling

The National Tax Inspectorate in Holosiiv district informs that the licence that allows selling alcoholic beverages can be revoked upon the decision made in writing by the authority that has issued the license for retail sale of alcohol, on the following grounds:

               - application filed by a business entity;

               - decision on cancelling the registration of the business entity;

-              non-payment of a regular license’s fee within 30 calendar days from the date of license suspension;

-              court decision on use of fake excise stamps by a business entity (applicable to importers);

-              court decision based on recorded cases of selling alcoholic beverages and tobacco products without excise stamps;

-              court decision on illegal import of alcohol beverages or tobacco products by a business entity avoiding cross-border control;

-              violation of requirements set out in article 15–3 of the Law of Ukraine on government control of production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to the persons under the age of 18, or at places unmeant for this purpose.

The license can be revoked and is regarded to be invalid from the date of receipt a written resolution by the business entity on cancellation.

Please note that the government control of production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products is performed according to Law of Ukraine dd. December 19, 1995, No. 481/95-VR (as amended).
