From October 1, 2015, a public body has no right to demand any enquiry letters, said First Deputy Minister for Justice of Ukraine Natalia Sevostianova at the ministry board’s meeting, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports.
"On October 1, no public body has the right to demand enquiry letters, even in an electronic form. Because if they have a free access to the registry, they can do it themselves - obtain necessary information and not ask each time for statements and enquiries. This applies not only to enquires, but also, for example, to birth or marriage certificates, etc.", said Natalia Sevostianova.
