State Registration Service is working on reducing the period of reviewing applications for registration of rights to real property
This was announced by Head of the Service Dmytro Vorona during a meeting of the Public Council under the State Registration Service, reports the press service of the SRS
The topic was discussed between the public, lead Ukrainian lawyers, notaries and the agency’s experts.
Among common problems that arise in the course of registration of real property rights, the participants cited legislation gaps, need to update the software and strengthen logistics.
- To date, one of the Service’s main tasks is to reduce the term for consideration of applications. For that purpose we work on upgrading the software, and retraining the state registrars, - said Head of the State Registration Service Dmytro Vorona.
Today application for registration of real property rights is under consideration for 14 days.
