The question of exemption from taxation of pensions is also brought to the agenda of the session, RBC-Ukraine reports.

Today, on May 10, 2016, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider in the first reading the draft law №2763 “On Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the cancellation of obligatory public registration of foreign investments, as it is said in the agenda of the parliament’s site”.

The Rada will also consider in the first reading the question of ensuring enforcement of the right to conversion of money claims to the community for contribution to its authorized capital, strengthening of the public control over the observance of the right to access to public information, the criminalization of smuggling of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products.

In addition, in the second reading the Rada will consider, in particular, the question regarding the improvement of provisions of the judicial protection of foreigners and persons without citizenship, provision of additional social guarantees to parents-mentors, introduction of amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine (regarding probation while obtaining employment), indexation of the amount of alimonies, strengthening of social protection of persons, who take care of the disabled children and disabled of the 1st group.

The questions of exemption from taxation of pensions, introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2016” (regarding social standards and amount of subvention for granting benefits and housing subsidies), exclusion of fuel and energy complex companies from the list of subjects of the right of state property, not subject to privatization, but such that can be corporatized, as well as the consideration of the draft Law on Electrical Energy Market of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine on Business Ombudsman Institution are also included to the agenda of the session, RBC-Ukraine reports.
