The Ministry of Education decided how to enroll students correctly
Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from July 26, 2013 № 1044 approved a form of order for admission to higher educational institutions of Ukraine in 2013, as Ministry statement says.
According to document, the order on enrollment with annex are formed by the selection committee in a Unified state electronic database on education issues (USEDE) and should be submitted in printed form and signed by the head of the university to the Ministry of Education and Science at 01135, Kyiv, Pr-t Peremohy, 10, no later than August 31, 2013.
Also, the order emphasizes the inadmissibility to issue orders for enrollment under one number, making any changes to the order and its annex after their formation in USEDE.
