Order by Ministry of Revenues
The Ministry of Revenues and Duties by order of 19.07.2013, №288 approved:
1) the form of declaration on special tax on transactions with alienation of securities and derivatives transactions;
2) the form of clarifying declaration on special tax on transactions with alienation of securities and derivatives transactions;
3) filling the lines in reports on special tax on transactions with alienation of securities and derivatives transactions.
Appendices to the Declaration are filled for each agreement / contract separately in chronological order in accordance with the date of agreement / contract. Amounts of transactions with alienation of securities and derivative transactions, including interest rates, are calculated as a total on transactions in the relevant section of appendices. The order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Revenues, but shall take effect on the day of official publication.

The Minister of Education Dmytro Tabachnyk, as of 19 August 2013, pursuant to enrollment orders verified in the unified state electronic database on Education (this year all orders of enrollment were formed exclusively in USEDE) the total count for the qualification of junior specialist was 106,891 persons, including at the state budget costs 93 164 persons; for the qualification level of bachelor 140,123 persons were enrolled in total, including 109,200 people for the state budget costs, the press service of the Ministry of Education reports.
Tabachnyk stressed that this year admissions were characterized by a serious increase in the number of applications to the natural sciences and mathematics and engineering majors and specialties.
Top ten popular universities by the number of applications include a rather large number of technical universities, such as the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnical Institute", which received nearly 46.5 thousand applications, as well as the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" with almost 43.5 thousand applications.
Compared to 2012, the following areas received increased number of applications: Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, Informatics, System Analysis, Computer Sciences, Computer engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Micro-and nanoelectronics, Radio Engineering and Automobile transport.
