Ministry of Social Policy in the letter dated 12.07.2013 № 3204/0/10-13/039 reminds that Single Contribution for businesses which employ the disabled is 8.41%.
The rate applies on the grounds of the authenticated copy of the certificate of examination by the medical social expert commission on establishing disability groups.
Employer shall accrue the single contribution of 8.41% on wages of this category of workers upon establishing the disability group, but not before receiving the above certificate.
The collection, storage, use and dissemination of confidential information about a person without their consent, except in cases determined by law and only in the interests of national security, economic prosperity and human rights.
The Ministry reminds that it is prohibited to collect, store, use and disseminate confidential information about a person without their consent, except in cases determined by law and only in the interests of national security, economic prosperity and human rights.
Providing the information contained in the certificate of examination by medical and social expert commission on disability group is the exclusive right of the individual.
