Cabinet Resolution of 04.12.2013, №884
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 04.12.2013 № 884 approved a Procedure that sets the mechanism for determining adequate financial provision of foreign nationals and persons without citizenship traveling to Ukraine, their presence on the territory of Ukraine, the transit through the territory of Ukraine and leaving the country to another country, and determining the amount of such provision.
The Procedure does not apply to:
- foreign nationals and stateless persons permanently residing in Ukraine;
- persons referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5 of article. 16 Law of Ukraine «On Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons»;
- foreign nationals and stateless persons who are subject to the Law of Ukraine «On refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection.»
The Procedure establishes that foreigners and stateless persons to enter Ukraine, residing in Ukraine, transit through the territory of Ukraine and leaving the country to another state, unless otherwise provided by law, must own money of 20-fold the amount of subsistence minimum per person per month, set in the Ukraine on the day of entry into Ukraine.
Resolution of 04.12.2013 № 884 will become effective from the date of publication.
