The Mission of the International Monetary Fund will work in Ukraine from May 10 to 18, IMF Resident Representative in Ukraine Jerome Vacher said, the Fund’s press-office reports on Thursday, May 5.
“The IMF mission, headed by Mr. Ron Van Ruden, will continue to discuss the second revision of the program, supported by funding within EFF agreement, with Ukrainian authorities”, Vacher said.
It should be noted that, as per the opinion of European Commissioner Johannes Hahn, for renewal of cooperation with IMF the Ukraine’s authorities need to pass the law on the electronic regulator and lift the ban from wood export, this will open the way to the allocation of EU financial aid.
