As per voting results, Roman Nasyrov was elected as the President of IOTA for the next year, the press-office of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine reports.
The presidency of Ukraine in IOTA was positively assessed by the directors of tax administrations of European countries. In particular, they noted progress of Ukraine in reforming fiscal service. The European colleagues focused attention on the uniqueness and effectiveness of national systems of risks and tax administration system.
Head of Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia Georgii Tabuashvilli also joined in congratulating.
“I congratulate the fiscal services of Ukraine and personally Roman Nasyrov on election for the post of the President of IOTA. Georgia supports this appointment. We believe that that under the presidency of Roman Nasyrov IOTA will continue development of cooperation and experience exchange”, he noted.
Jointly with other IOTA representatives Georgii Tabuashvilli wished Ukrainian colleagues success in a very important task of implementation of reforms.
“We believe that your reforms will be successful and will lead to economic growth”, - Head of Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia added.
