The Pentagon is preparing for war. North Korea may use the biologic weapon.
The Pentagon prepared the report about possible scenario of military actions between U.S. and its allies against DPRK, Correspondent.net reports quoting The Washington Post.
The chief officials of the Pentagon believe that North Korea may consider the question of using the biological weapon. DeputyChairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Rear Admiral Michael Admiral sent the document to the United States House of Representatives.
“The decision on military attack or intervention in the other country will have consequences for our troops and taxpayers as well as the region for decades”, Senator Ted Lieu said.
The Pentagon stated that the design of “best-case and worst-case scenarios” is complicated and will depend on “the nature, intensity and duration” of North Korean attack, ability of U.S. and South Korean military forces to respond to North Korean artillery, missiles and ballistic missiles with their own response barriers and air attacks.
It should be reminded that U.S. President Donald Trump criticized Japan for denial to knock down DPRK missile, the flight trajectory of which is above the territory of the country.
