A new development of U.S. Military Research Department, called the Reliable Anonymous Communication for All, will allow users to communicate using cryptographic technologies.
The Pentagon's Advanced Research Projects Agency has allocated $44 million to develop the anonymous and burglar-resistant mobile messenger, RT reports on Monday, August 20.
It is noted that the new program should ensure the "complete confidentiality" of each user, as well as the "integrity of transmitted messages," even if hackers gain access to one of the system nodes.
The dialogs of interlocutors inside the application will be encrypted. Also, the messenger should work within the same network, including if this network is closed and not connected to the Internet.
The program will be developed from 2019 to 2023. It is planned to launch a new messenger on the Android operating system.
Earlier, it was reported that the Pentagon develops a unique memory storage. The millions of terabytes will be recorded in the structure, similar to DNA.
Earlier in U.S., a supercomputer was created twice as strong as a Chinese computer. The Summit’s performance is up to 200 petaflops.
