The banks have been removed due to destabilization
The National Bank of Ukraine has passed a decision to temporarily disconnect 14 banks from the interbank forex market system, the press-office of the regulatory body reports.
This disconnection has ensued due to destabilizing impact of hryvnia exchange rates in the interbank market those banks maintained, which gave rise to negative forecasts and expectations as regards the future hryvnia exchange rate.
This will help stabilize the market expectations in relation to the hryvnia exchange rate and boost more well-balanced decision-making by the currency market players.
