Receipts have increased by 4.5%

The receipts from taxes and fees for January-November of 2014, as compared with a similar period a year ago (given the migration of taxpayers and legislative updates), have gone up by around one billion four hundred fifteen million hryvnias, or 4.5 %, the press-office of the National Fiscal Service in Kyiv city reports. 

As regards the said period, the main taxes replenishing the government coffer amounted to:

– eleven billion four hundred sixty seven million hryvnias of VAT levied on the income received from sale of goods produced in Ukraine;

– ten billion six hundred sixty one million hryvnias of individual income tax;

– five billion sixty three million hryvnias of income tax;

– one billion four hundred sixty six million hryvnias of land tax;

– three hundred fifty seven million hryvnias of excise duty tax charged on goods produced in Ukraine;

– two hundred thirty one million hryvnias of surcharge on the existing rate of natural gas supplied to consumers of all types of property ownership, etc.

From the beginning of the current year the taxpayers in Kyiv city have deducted twenty four billion four hundred twenty two million to the government budget.

In addition, the municipal budget of Kyiv has been refilled by eight billion three hundred seventy three hryvnias, or nearly 5 % or above three hundred ninety two million hryvnias more than the figures for a similar period of the previous year.  This data does not contain the aggregate data from the Kyiv city customs at the NFS. 

The social security contributions, since the beginning of the year, reached 23.7 billion hryvnias, or seven hundred fifty seven hryvnias - more than those scheduled. Moreover, the amount of the military tax paid by the taxpayers in the capital amounted to around three hundred twenty seven million hryvnias.
