The total number of cases, registered by NABU detectives as per the results of analysis of e-declarations, is about 10.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau initiated the investigation of other seven criminal proceedings, based on the analysis of information from electronic declarations, the bureau’s press-office reports.
“The National Anti-Corruption Bureau initiated investigation of 7 criminal proceedings, based on the analysis of information, indicated in electronic declarations. This information has been entered into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations within December 7-9”, according to it.
Thus, the total number of cases, registered by NABU detectives on the results of analysis of e-declarations, was about 10.
Two proceedings are registered based on the fact of entry of false data by people’s deputies , one – on the fact of illegal enrichment of the deputy chairman of regional council and other four – on the fact of illegal enrichment and entry of false data in the electronic declarations by three judges.
The first two cases on NABU e-declarations were initiated on November 17. Two proceedings were initiated against people’s deputies and one – against the judge.
It should also be reminded that the violations in e-declarations were found in 53 deputies.
