The court will work in a new composition in 2017.
The candidates for the position in court should submit “declarations of decency”.
The Supreme Court of Ukraine will be formed again in March 2017, Deputy Head of Presidential Executive Office Alexei Filatov said, RBC-Ukraine reports.
«The Supreme Court should be formed until the end of March 2017 and will start functioning on that time. The requirements to candidates are enough high. Even to submit documents is not a simple issue. It also refers to the full declaration of its properties as well as declaration of decency, declaration of family ties», Filatov said.
He told that the contest will have several stages. If any unreliable information is found, the candidates will be eliminated. Then, the qualifications, the psychological assessment, reviewing records and interview will start.
«In terms of lawyers and scientists, they should also demonstrate that they not just obtained certificate 10 years ago, but really have the experience of defense and representation in courts», he added.
