The Verkhovna Rada has promulgated the Law On State Budget for 2017.
The regulatory act comes into force on January 1, 2017.
The document stipulates the budget revenues for 2017 in the amount of UAH 721.398 bln, including the general fund revenues– UAH 669.409 bln and the special fund revenues – UAH 51.989 bln.
The budget expenditures for the next year are envisaged for the amount of UAH 790.393 bln, including general fund expenditures– UAH 735.378 bln and the special fund expenditures – UAH 55.015 bln.
The maximum limit of budget deficit is set for the amount of UAH 77.547 bln, including the maximum limit of the general fund deficit – UAH 62.338 bln and the maximum limit of the special fund deficit – UAH 15.208 bln.
In 2017, the minimum living standards for one man per month is proposed to be set from January 1, 2017 – at UAH 1.544 ths, from May 1 – at UAH 1.624 ths, from December 1 – at UAH 1.7 ths.
In 2017, the minimum monthly salary is proposed to be set from January 1 – at UAH 3.2 ths, and the hourly salary is proposed to be set from January 1– at UAH 19.34.
«The government’s decision on increasing the minimum salary up to UAH 3.2 ths and increasing the salary of I wage grade of URS up to UAH 1.6 ths was considered for finalizing the draft budget for the second reading», according to the explanatory note.
As it is noted, the additional expenditures, amounting to about UAH 28.3 bln, which will allow ensuring payment of raised salaries to public sector workers, are included in the budget for these purposes.
It should be reminded that on December 21, the Verkhovna Rada approved the state budget for 2017. The President signed it on December 26.
